He holds prestigious industry credentials, including CCIM, MiCP, and eXp Commercial Mentor, and has earned notable accolades such as the CoStar Power Broker Award.
Eric has successfully brokered major transactions, including the sale of the historic Majestic Crest Theatre in Los Angeles, the Pomona Valley YMCA building in Pomona, California, and has been involved in over 3,000 acres of land deals in Ontario, Fontana, and across California’s Inland Empire. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep market knowledge drive his success in delivering exceptional real estate solutions.

Chavez serves as the Office Manager for CAREBF Inc., where she oversees the daily operations across the company’s core service divisions: Commercial Real Estate Investment Services, Property Management (CAREBF MGR), and Construction (CAREBF Builder Services). With a strong background in administrative leadership and operational coordination, Sujey ensures seamless execution of internal processes, client communications, and project support.
